If you really want the frame. Maybe. I’d want a closer look at. Not a fan of the U brake. Personally, I would pass. The used value for that bike in my area with it tuned up and running and rideable would probably be about $80, at the most. So if you replaced the tires, you’d already be losing money. It would probably be worth more money to part out.
