  1. Well done for confronting your fears and doing it anyway ! Looks a great cycling set up…

Looking forward to the trampoline content in due course.

Your Kyle is a saint mind 😀

  2. Bless ya Amy sounds as though you was stressing a bit about going without Kyle.
I'm the same ! Well, not because Kyle aint with me 😂 but we all get stressed at times.
    Great video as always ❤

  3. Any; what a beautiful home , a beautiful place and a beautiful person all together on camera and I’m going to offer something for you to consider; you were kind enough to give away the answer to some of your airport anxiety; you’re clearly pushing yourself hard in your training regime as you prepare for your big Tour de France summer so please consider the following: your mental health is directly tied in to your physical health, the harder you push yourself physically, the greater the impact on your mental health and vice versa. This may also be why you fell asleep so easily when you laid down, your body was doing what it needed to do to help you recover. I’m also certain it’s never easy being separated from someone you love and feel safe around. I’m glad you were able to find a happier place on your bike and maybe on your next ride you can give us a yippee:-) in any case. You’re an a human being and a pretty amazing one at that, Robin-

  4. Hi Amy, I share your fears trust me, but dya know what?!! No risk, no fun! You are living your best life, eat it, drink it, breath it – the travelling, the fresh air, the beautiful countysides and vistas, and the health benefits of keeping yourself in good shape. You're doing the right things, and you're doing great. Keep it all moving forwards, I love being able to keep up with your adventures, and you're smashing it – big virtual hug from me – looking forward to the next vid. TTFN.

  5. I'm also a non-napper, never been able to do it. Also, on electrolytes, there are many many benefits to having a proper mineral balance. I hope you have a great week of training.

  6. David running a reverse mullet set up (deep dish wheel on the rear, shallower one on the front). Interesting. Bung front wheel with temp replacement or intentional? I get that David digs the hip bag for its practicality and utility but I'd find it annoying every time I pedal. You can see it bouncing away. No bueno. As much as I like clean lines and clutter free on bike, I'd run a top tube bag rather than carry all that gear on my person.

  7. Great going as always Amy! Not sure if you missed it, but……have a look at the sky in the outbound part of the ride – WOW!

  8. You're doing great Amy😃👍🏼 Enjoy the sun and surroundings. And don't worry about David, he most surely has seen your videos and knows a bit about you by now. Soooo, no worries, enjoy the rides🍀☀️🚴‍♂️👍🏼

  9. 10. What a beautiful place to ride a bike, have a great time Amy😊Looking forward to the next episode👍That downhill looked like a lot of fun😁

  11. That is hard to go away without hubby and not knowing anyone else. I would be stressed out too ! But the cycling community is there for you, and you will always meet nice people when you are on your bike !

  12. Anytime that anxiety "monkey" is chattering away at you Amy, sing it a little song, till it shut's TFU !
    🙉
    🎵 Amy don't worry
    About a thing
    Cos every little thing's
    Gonna be alright 🎵
    🌞

  13. Hi Amy you’ve worked hard to get where you are, I’m not confident at travelling on my own too, I get so nervous, but enjoy it, you deserve it, I’d love to do what you do if I was younger, I’ve too many aches and pains to do the miles you do, 🤣 looked so nice where you was, hope you had a lovely time 😊

  14. Remember them on a new life in the sun. Travelling on your own is not easy. Well done for getting out of your comfort zone. Where you are is 2 hours from where I live. A great place to live and ride your bike.
