Bike rack advice

My mum has a RV just like this one. She currently has a standard hanging bike rack, but finds it difficult to lift the bike up that high. I suggested maybe a fold down rack, but she’s concerned she won’t be able to quickly access the rear storage door. She typically only has one bike at a time. Is there a different style of bike rack she could use? Is there a folding rack that gives adequate space to still access the rear door? There is a large door on the side, but the hoses are stored in the rear and she wants easy access when the storage is full. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
