We cycled from Vinisce, a small fishing village on the Dalmatian coast, to Dubrovnik. As we had a few days spare, we took a detour inland to Mostar then followed the Ćiro railway and discovered the fascinating Popovo Polje. Camping in a long abandoned village was one of our more memorable wild camping spot.

Great video – very interesting thank you. So much heavy history in that area. You make bike travel in winter look easy! "Eerie & dystopian" is is a great description for Musks invasive line of space invaders. I've seen them quite a bit in NZ, even from home in Wellington. They make me feel like there is nowhere in the universe that is safe from human contamination. But as you point out, given the chance, nature returns. All the best with your travels & good on you, experiencing the world for yourselves.
