The inner bearing shell has seized onto the spindle, you need to break that mechanical interlock.
Best thing to try first is penetrating oil (use lots of it and repeat several times). Get a bit of wood and a a heavier hammer – use the wood to protect the spindle and hit it with a decent amount of force.
If that doesn’t work, try putting some ice in the spindle to shrink it slightly, add more penetrating oil and repeat the process.

Spray with penetrative oil and leave for a while, the crank spindle to brg interface is rust locked. I would assume that the drive side is the same. A rubber or plastic mallet should be all you need to loosen it once the oil has done it job.

You need some penetrating fluid like PB Blaster to loosen the corrosion between the axle and the bearing bore. Lay the bike flat on its side and dribble some gently around the axle. Try to avoid getting any on the bearing.

Take it to your local bike shop. They’ll have the right puller tools to remove it. It’s a nice carbon frame but it’s not designed to take a lateral load via a big hit to the axle.

Those calling for penetrating oil and harder hits are correct, but if you’ve only tried hitting the spindle directly with a rubber mallet, switch up to a piece of lumber between the mallet and spindle: Shock load is what will break this free, and you’re not getting that with a rubber mallet directly on the spindle – the spindle sinks too far into the rubber at the moment of impact and removes the shock.
