JB WELD a socket to it, try and keep it aligned. Use enough to get in all the crevices, but into the socket to catch the walls too. Should be able to remove that with a socket wrench. Might want to tape off the threads so you don’t lock it in.

Dammit, Jim. It’s a bicycle, not neanderthals inventing the wheel.
Id cut a slot such that you could hit it with a hammer and chisel to rotate it out.

Penetrating oil, heat, screw extractor bits?

I am now heavily invested in this saga and demand regular updates.

A blast of pb blaster with cold chisel and a hammer will get most of it out.

Maybe drill two holes appropriately spaced for a pin spanner? No sense in ruining the crank unless it’s garbage already.

Time to break out the torch and weld a lever onto the end. That would work for sure, but very dicey to get there.

You’ve reached a point of frustration and can’t solve it with that headspace. Take a break, have a drink… or 3 🤭
Come back to it in the morning after some coffee or Red Bull, and reevaluate the damage and solution. You got this! 🤙🏽
