  1. Muscles! Hit some weights. When you work out your back and your shoulders, be very careful and warm them up before some serious weight training. Start by doing push ups till failure when you miss a trick or don’t land one; even sit-ups, squats. Discipline and consistency are key. You look young, so you have a lot of development to do.. just like the pros

These bmx pro’s are hella strong, my guy. All in the core… strengthen it!

Also, your handle bars are wide for you. Maybe look into a more suitable handle bar for your size? It’s just like the bike frame. The sizes make a difference when it involves height and weight of the rider.

  2. Something that helped me was learning to loop out. I practiced pulling up the front tire higher and higher until I got to a point where I could reliably tip the bike back and then hop off. Once I found that tipping point and got comfortable hopping off I was way more comfortable fully committing to a maximum height jump because I knew how far I could push it and if I pushed too hard I had the muscle memory to catch myself.

After that, learning to pull up the back tire was easy. Bunny hops are mostly done with balance and your legs.

before you pull up push into the ground as hard as possible. Also when ur in the air ur supposed to push ur bike out forward so that you have both wheels levelled as high as possible.

You gotta load up. Crouch down and pull back hard. Pop the front till you’re about to loop out and scoop the back
