HI Harvey, I’ve enjoyed following your adventures on ‘Crazyguy”. I’m of a similar vintage to you and share a similar philosophy – we have to keep moving. Interestingly enough, I have been using a Rohloff-equipped bicycle for the last 10 years and am now switching to one with the pinion gear box as you did. I’ll be interested in seeing how you find the new bike. I have yet to try one as I am picking mine up in a couple of weeks near Munich where I also will be beginning a cycle tour with my partner, mostly through Germany. Happy travels!
