They don’t understand what living the dream is. To have the ability to build your bike and then ride it on trails you built is the best thing we can wish for

  2. Hell yeah man looks so fun. I turned 40 earlier this month and just did my first ever MTB ride on Wednesday. I’m hooked. Stay healthy and stay shredding!

  3. Keep doing what you are doing. Riding a bike frees your mind of the daily grind. It improves your mental health, and physical health. If they don’t understand, that’s on them, they don’t need to. Riding is fun, challenging, and is an adrenaline rush.

  4. I’m 44 and also do like to ride the trails. I have a hardtail by mongoose and it’s shocks affect my spine a bit. Just today going to pick up a new saddle stem w integrated shock absorber, we’ll see.

I’m a female who never rode and started riding and did my first race at 37 and now have 3 medals. You aren’t crazy.

  6. Cool trail! I have made a few myself in the back. My favorites are when the trail has down and uphill like a rolercoster.

I’m in the same boat. The crazy thing is I didn’t start earlier! Keep shredding man 👍

  8. I remember the first time someone showed my wife a YouTube video of me mountain biking. She thought I was on nice gravel trails doing it all for fitness. I’m 45.

Somewhat ironically I’m sitting here in a cast right now and it happened on a green trail.

Getting into biking recently myself. My wife was like “why do you suddenly like biking? ” I was like “I always have been interested but I couldn’t afford it”
