This is way too much. Your axle is likely bent, or the cassette is not torqued down properly. Also a chance the cassette itself is warped, especially if it’s an early generation integral one piece cassette. Appears to be Shimano so I think it’s likely one of the two former culprits.

If its not a one piece cassette it could be a broken spacer between a group of cogs but likely one the former solutions.
