Is this repairable by a carbon shop? Or should it be talking to Canyon about getting a new frame?

Where are you? I know I shop in EU that can repair this
Depends of the price of repair vs. The crash / frame replacement program. The resale value is lower with carbon rep, but if it’s not the plan to then I’d pick the cheapest option. Hope she’s ok 🙂
I agree that that’s probably repairable, it’s at a fairly reinforced area of the frame anyway so if it were my bike I’d definitely be getting a professional opinion on it.
