Just got this beauty… not sure what to do with her

I don't have the money for a drop bar conversion and already have setup a Giant Custom Superlite as a Gravelbike. Don't have the need for a Cruiser-type bike. So I don't know what to do with her, but couldn't pass up the deal.
The saddle is currently set way to low and the rubber on the Gripshift is dissolving. Can you get replacements for those? Otherwise the bike works fine, just needs a little tune up.
