Tips for what? Seems fine, looks like he’s throwing a little whip. Landing front wheel first is a good way to bring the bike back into line.

So looks like he is landing too much on the front usually implying improper jumping technique. I think it would be best if he didn’t try any tricks first so he can try to learn how to properly jump. In my experience usually shifting your weight and body a bit in front of the seat usually does the job of making a perfect stance for jumping, but unfortunately all bikes are different and maybe that’s not the best for him. I think he should experiment jumping on the same jump and just shifting his weight a bit each time so he can get the hang of it. After all that’s how I learned where my bike is and how to control it. Is there any more information like is he a beginner or does this for a long time? Judging solely by the stance looks like he recently started with mtb.
