What is the screw next to the break line? I was fiddling with this new bike I got and put too much pressure on and it popped. The metal piece is still inside but the screw cap I believe went on flying. The breaks are still working but I’m wondering if I screwed up something important.

Might be the bleed port screw. Word of advice: don’t fiddle on things you don’t know the function of. Especially not on safety critical components.
