You need to remove your chain on a manual trainer.
How does this practice translate to a real world manual?
When I saw the overhead fan, I thought this was about to be a Friday fails video
me in bad weather. we are not the same
Does that trainer help? I suck at getting the front wheel up, not enough mass in my ass.
