Awaiting a shorter stem but it’s still comfortable in this setup. Swapped out the drops and removed the rear brake for now.
Saddle I’ve subbed out (was a white and blue Fizik something) for a Nukeproof Horizon saddle. Previous owner reckoned 1980s-built, previously a team’s race bike but no real info more than that.
Loving it so far. Completely different to ‘conventional’ cycling.

I don’t know, man. That chain has too much sag for my liking. I’m not a fan of conversions but if that’s as tight as you can get that chain, I think you may have to install an eccentric bottom bracket. I’m also not an expert, but I do know that if you plan on going brakeless, that chain will have to be taut with about a quarter to half inch play up and down. Anything more and you risk it coming off. Which is bad, as you might have guessed.
