  1. fun bike; my friend has one. We all ride aggressive hardtails like this.

This is a nice build at 1500. The only thing you may need to “worry” is (and ill try to be as clear as I can!)

The entire bike is a full shimano build (shifters, derailuer, etc.). Normally, a Shimano cassette is also included. But this is a Sunrace cassette. Why an issue?

Shimano 12 speed cassettes are called MS/Microspline. The grooves on the freehub, to fit the MS cassette, are unique to MS. Only MS cassettes can fit.

Shimano 11 speed cassettes are HG/Hyperglide. The grooves are different than MS. Essentially, you can’t fit a MS cassette on a HG freehub and vice versa.

The Sunrace cassette could be a HG “groove”. Which means, when you buy a new 12 speed cassette, you can only get the Sunrace.

It happened on my friend’s Orbea. But overall, NS is a fun bad ass bike.

A Canadian company, with similar design in geometry, is called Rocky Mountain. Check out their Growler 20 and 40 models. Another alternative.

But would I buy this NS for 1500CAD
