Shouldn’t have waited so long to switch to fixed. This thing is so fun, and crazy light. Currently rocking gatorskin upfront, and some continental in the rear I haven’t identified yet. Thompson seat post came with it, and I believe an aftermarket stem. The seat is crazy uncomfortable, some specialized seat, seller didn’t have much into. Everything else appears stock from the information I’ve gather on what I think is a 2019 Andreas. I’m thinking a royal blue for the bar wraps, but other than that I’m not sure. Bought as a build/upgrade as I ride. What’s the first thing you’d upgrade?

I’d probably start with bar tape if it was my ride but don’t let me tell you how to live your life.
Ride it and find thing things you don’t like and upgrade.
Everyone’s taste and preference will tell you to basically upgrade every thing for the most part, based on their needs and wants.
The more you ride, the more you’ll realize what you like and don’t like about it
