hey dudes and dudettes!
i’m looking for a bike, the first and foremost i’m 6’3” depending on the day, im looking at a hard tail, and sub $1000ish
i live in North Dakota and want to ride around with the fam not too much trail riding? i’m not sure. i was thinking a 29 or a 27.5 and i know it’s controversial
was looking at the specialized fuse because they’re phasing them out and they’re now in the price range, or a rock hopper!
any help and or recommendations is appreciated

Get the Fuse. Lot of bike for $999.
I don’t have a 27.5 but my son (13) has both a full suspension 29 inch and a 27.5 hard tail. I normally ride behind him and he normally rides the full suspension. Last night he had the 27.5 it was noticeable how fun it was in tight single track. He was hitting tighter lines than he normally rides.
