Hi i just bought used ohlins ttx. From the beginning, it was making a slight knocking sound, so I took it to the service. The guy told me that it's normal for them to sound like that, but aside from that, it's in very good condition—he changed the oil and so on. After picking it up from the service, during the first drive, it started knocking twice as bad as in the video. I can even feel the knocking in the steering wheel when I'm driving.
I also 3D-printed a spacer to shorten the travel, but that shouldn’t have any effect on this issue.
Does anyone know what this could be?

I was a little confused until I read the 3D printed part. I would double and triple check my measurements for that eyelet.
Get it on a stand, remove the shock and cycle the travel, that would make it easier to find if it’s a frame or shock. To me sounds like a loose bolt or one of the bolt holes got egged out and has play thus making that noise
I had a RS Monarch that had a knock, it took replacing all the pivots and the linkage to realise it was coming from the shock.
But it wasn’t half as bad as this. I can’t imagine that’s normal.
Things to check:
All the bearings are running smoothly and the bolts are torqued to spec.
The spring has enough preload to stop it rattling.
Usually I’d say check the shocks mounting hardware but I don’t think the Enduro takes any so I would check the rear eyelet is the right size.
Take the stroke reducer off and see if that makes a difference.
Check the shocks clearance to make sure it’s not contacting the frame or linkage anywhere.
If you have another shock put that back on just to rule out the bike.
If none of that works get it serviced again but think about getting it done somewhere else.
