Hi, I have exactly the same problem, and although I watched Park tools video about cleaning them multiple times it didn’t solve this issue. I’m hoping somebody will be able to give us pointers. Fingers crossed!

when there’s no resistance against the pistons tiny differences in the friction between pistons and seals will make whichever is the free-est moving piston extend faster, unless you’re noticing issues with braking I wouldn’t worry about it.

In my workshop we do a couple of things if this happens. Try push back the piston that comes out earlier and push the lever. To level the pistons out. Make shure the pistons are lubricated with SRAM dot grease. And/or give the system a new bleed.

You need to mobilize the pistons one by one. Check out YouTube for some tutorials. Depending on the brand, there is also some specials tools to do so.
