Hey guys, picked this Bianchi Pista up for my first fixed gear bike, really fun to cruise around on.
Threw on some flat bars and a flite saddle I had from an old mtb and got this wheel set cheap locally, soma hubs to velocity rims.
Due for some new tyres if anyone has any recommendations, for riding on the road mostly, about 10km one way commute. Cheers 🍻

Hey, seems i am the first one but before you upgrade anything else, get foot retention.
It should be the first thing that you upgrade if your plan is riding fixed….

Gatorskins never let me down.
Firstly I’d not be riding around with no brakes and no foot retention…
I’ve got Continental Gatorskin 32C on the rear and it seems decent. My Pomino has plenty clearance.
Vittoria Rubino Pros are great tires. they don’t break the bank either which is always a plus.
If your planning on skidding a lot get the cheapest ones u can. I ride schwalbe lugano 2 28c for 10€ a pop. Probably aren’t the fastest or roundest but they’ve done me very well
