I have lost the screw in cap on the brake reservoir, missing on 1st picture, present on the other brake. I suspect these are standard size on most hydraulic brakes, shimanos at least? Any idea what it's called so I can try and source a new one without replacing the entire lever?

you didn’t specify the exact model you have but Shimano provided “EV” or Exploded Views for small parts of the component and associated part number.

The stupid screw that keeps stripping that’s on the way cuz I stripped it again , ordered 2 this time . Shimano ST-R9120 bleed screw and O-ring
