  1. you shouldn’t do this often, as it causes depression. only times when the bird is sick, hurt, or flies uncontrollably and bumps into windows. their claws can be clipped, though, and it doesn’t hurt. lease be educated before clowning on random people

  2. In my personal experience, I have met people that have had to cut their birds flight feathers to keep them safe (They were moving, and didn't have a proper cage in their vehicle at the time) often time just for a short span of time, as the feathers obviously grow back.

  3. I have three lovebirds. All three are tame. None of them EVER got their wings clipped. They also are free to fly in my living room and only stay in their cages at night.

  4. Both my birds have got their wings but for the first few years I clipped them so I could properly socialise them and prevent accidents. The comments are so funny, everyone talking about how cruel it is lol
Same people who also hate their own father and mother

  5. If you think about it whenever you clip a bird's wings you're taking away its rights to be able to fly and do what it wants with it wings.
