Hey everyone,
after about 1500 km on my Shimano 105 Di2 setup, I started noticing that the front derailleur was shifting a bit weird. When shifting to the big chainring, there’s a noticeable lag (around 5 seconds), and sometimes I even have to push the derailleur with my fingers to get it to shift.
At one point during a bikepacking trip, the chain even dropped when shifting to the small ring and got pretty badly stuck. I didn’t have time to troubleshoot then, so I just kept riding.
Now that I’m back, I took a closer look and noticed that the entire front derailleur wobbles significantly when I push on it from the side. I don’t see any loose bolts or screws, but it definitely doesn’t feel stable. Is that normal for Di2, or is something off?
Any ideas on what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
Something's off with my front derailleur (Di2 105) – help?

I know I can adjust the shifting using the limit screws then the Di2 app, but the wobble itself is what’s really bothering me – it just doesn’t feel right.
The loose bolt staring you directly in the face at the end of the video.

There should be a small 2mm hexscrew that will rest against the derailleur hanger. This should give it extra support if the mounting bolt is torqued up to spec.
If the bolts are all tight, the derailleur itself might be broken somewhere.
