The only thing that sucks is the Raleigh specific threading for the fork/headset/BB and the weird spacing for the fork, but if you don’t plan on messing with any of that you’re set.
The 3 speed hub is one of my favorite parts, I highly recommend switching out the rear cog for a larger one to make the gear ratio a little more friendly. I run a 24t instead of the stock 19t.
For the record I the regularly see these for sale for hundreds of dollars (CAD) in my area, so $25 is a steal, especially with that seat.

worth it just for this seat if its salvageable. nice color too
The saddle is worth 25$
it’s perfect just the way it is
Would be a fun project, I’d pay upwards of $41.00
I fiexed one of these up during covid
its and absoulte ripper, rides like a rolls royce.
smooth and quiet, and SO DURABLE. I weighed 300 lbs and it didnt creak
only thing that gave me trouble was the orignal pedals, but thats on me I couldve greased them
I would feel obligated to give it a proper restore. Maybe even a clearcoat to bring back the shine.
I’ve posted [my resto-modded Sports](https://www.reddit.com/r/xbiking/comments/qfg184/my_1976_raleigh_sports_restomod/) a few times, they are incredible bikes.
