The one on the chainstays looks like a kickstand mount. Not sure about the one on the seatstays. Could be a rack mount?

The one on the seatstays could be a frame lock mount if the holes match up to that.

My guess for the seatstay mount is the bottom hole is for fenders and the top 2 holes are for a rear reflector. The chainstay bridge is definitely for a kickstand and secondary fender mount.

The first picture is the mount for a v brake (at least in my case) and the other two pictures are mounts for a kickstand. I have a bike like that if you want you can dm me I’ll send you pictures of how it looks like.

first pic is just the brake hole on cheaper frames and the two holes are for a rack. The bottom one is for a kickstand
