Can’t see all components but if it’s all Dura Ace, Paul brakes, and everything incl. wheels in good condition then yes this is a bike equipped with top tier stuff and well worth 500.
Edit: 10 speed Dura Ace is a bit dated but still very very good. This bike is probably many people’s dream bike. External cables, rim brakes, room for wider tyres. I would not hesitate.

Crankset ain’t Dura Ace by the looks. Pushing 15 years old I’d say with a bit of a parts bin kit.
