Want your opinions on this used FX3 Gen 3?

My local FB marketplace has this FX3 Gen 3 posted for $550. They said it has approximately 75 miles on it. However, I noticed the extreme wear and tear on the chain and rear sprockets… That seems highly unusual unless something is very wrong with it alignment somewhere.

My question: should I even mess with it and offer the seller a low-ball offer of maybe $200 and get it fixed or should I just avoid it and not mess with it? I haven't seen the bike in person yet and these are the only pictures posted so far.
