I’m gonna take a wild guess that the town you’re in is also called Wadsworth.

There is no Wadsworth, MA. There are some streets and businesses that pop up, but no municipality. A couple real estate sites refer to a neighborhood in Franklin, MA as Wadsworth, but that doesn’t seem to be in common use and would be a stretch to show up on a sign in Ohio.

In high school I had a principal with ‘Wadsworth’ for a last name. He went to prison for possession and distribution of child pornography.
