I ditched them because I could not stop them from squeaking. I think I still have them in a bin.

Time ATAC. they were so much better at clearing mud and clipping in in messy conditions than SPDs were back in the day.

they were essentially made obsolete when eggbeaters came along, which did the same thing but in a better way.

  3. Time Atac Aliums- you’ll either love or hate the lateral float they offer.

This model doesn’t really have any adjustments- the release tension is what it is (newer ones have that option) but you can change the release angle based on which cleat goes on which shoe if you opt for the 13/17° ones (they also come in 10°).

Awwww I miss my Time ATAC pedals. I had carbon pedals that I spent too much on in like 2005 and they lasted a good long while. When they finally broke I bought the Aliums but the quality wasn’t the same. I went SPDs and never looked back but they were great pedals.

Time ATAC as others have mentioned I’ll also one thousand how great they are. Especially for those like me who like some float and an easy non fail mechanism.
