Soo, I know this is prob very dumb question but how to take off the wheel when there is no quick release, no allen wrench option.
This is my first time changing the tyre.
Those black plastic caps are covering your wheel nuts.
Pull / pry them off and you’ll find a 15mm nut underneath to undo on both sides.

Ar the ends plastic and rubber? Might just be end caps that can be removed with a flathead

I think I’ve seen those before!
Lay the bike flat on its side and one of the black caps should be able to be wiggled off just enough to reveal a 15mm hex thing. You can then unscrew it using a flat 15mm wrench.
It’s a security axle, so that your wheels can’t be stolen.
If it’s not that, sorry. Been a while since I have seen a axle like that, but I still remember taking wayyy to long to figure out

Wedge a knife between the metal and the plastic part to push those caps out and you will find the nuts underneath
