Just received my endurace 7 and unfortunately the front brake is warped… Did someone had a similar issue and contacted canyon CS? I know that it’s not super hard to fix but It’s annoying when you receive a new bike with defective parts…

Bike Packages should be printed like TVs not like Bikes, so the postman will carry more carefully
The rotor looks to be affected by an impact. You can take it to your LBS and they can bend it back into position as there’s tools to fix warped rotors.
If not then the canyon warranty team will be able to help you since it’s a new bike.
That sucks. Contact CS and hopefully they’ll give you money to get a new rotor.
