Groupset is tiagra.
Looks to be in pretty good condition, including the shifter hoods. Not a bad bike, plenty stiff.
Depending on your local market etc etc I’d try to get them down a bit, ideally to $275cad. Enjoyable bike though, easy to service and maintain, ticks all of the boxes for a quick little runabout.
