It boils down to liability. If people are using the property to do any of those things, and that person is injured, then the property owner may be liable. Posting these signs gives them the ability to defend themselves in court, and gives their insurer justification to not pay a claim.
It’s not about them wanting you to have fun. It’s about protecting themselves from financial and legal loss.
Nah. Don’t care about these signs, but generally use wheels as modes of transport so I’m not one to practice wheelies for 30 mins in the parking lot.
