These are rotors that came with Juin tech R1 that is around 1 month old.
This week i've been cycling a lot of hills and been braking on a lot of the downhills.
Is this ok? Braking performance is the same as when I installed it as new.

That’s fine. A little discoloration is not unusual.
Just don’t put water on it after a descent. It will warp the metal.
Maybe getting a little hot but if performance is fine don’t worry about it. If your front rotor doesn’t look like this maybe try to balance your braking more.
