Probably your saddle. Check to make sure nothing is broken, then you’re probably fine.

Could be pedals, bottom bracket, headset, front suspension or spokes. you need to find a way to make the sound stationary to identify where its coming from before anyone can give you a definite answer

My guess is headset but that’s a shot in the dark, if you can’t narrow it down further than it coming from your bike I’d definitely swing by your local bike shop, ask them to do a safety tuneup, they will address the creak and address any other issues and make sure your bike is safe / ready to ride.
