Went on an easy ride at my local trails yesterday, rode a blue that I’ve done a million times and went OTB straight into a rock.
Helmet is nuked but walked away with no concussion and some small scratches from the helmet and a couple of broken ribs.
If you’re ever questioning whether a full face is worth it, here is your reason to pull the trigger.

No way! Glad you’re ok!
I wear a full face 95% of the time, better to have it and not need it. Glad you’re all right
Looks like the top part hit tho.
Duuuude you hit the deck harder than Cheech and Chong hit a bong.
Glad you’re ok
Whats the story?
That is the most destroyed full face I’ve ever seen. Damn.
I know it’s tempting to save a buck, but you should really replace that helmet before you ride again.
I don’t ride any HC trails and use a full face after wrecking for the first time in a long time. Cheap insurance.
But the part that makes it a full face is the one part that didn’t get used
Fistarmy?
I always feel a little goofy when I put it on at first but the second I get rolling in trail I forget about it and it’s probably for the better that I just do wear it
>If this doesn’t show the benefits of a full face, I don’t know what will!
An incident where the ‘full face’ part, (ie; the.mouth guard) was actually affected, maybe?
Sorry for your injuries, tho.
Good save, glad you have a head intact after.
Looks like money well spent.
What was the track?
