I've recently purchased elite wheels ent disc but I missed the fact that my front axle in the fork is 15mm, not 12mm as the wheels. The hubs are branded by elite, so no straight answer. I attach closeup pictures, please advise to do the conversion in best way.

You’ll have to figure out if it can be done and then buy the correct end caps. Their website should help.
Had the same problem a while ago, and I found a guy that makes adapters for 15mm forks to 12mm axles. Search on eBay with your bike model (I didn’t buy the adapter after all because I kept my old wheels)
Some you can pop off and swap out. Those look like you can pop off
