I'm in the market for a new bike and the Endurace seems to be of great value. The only downside is that I can't try one out before buying. Could someone shed some light on which direction I should be going?
I am roughly 5'7" (170) and 31" (79) inseam. I'm right in the middle between size XS and S. Which size should I get? With the integrated cockpit, I dont have much option to change stem length or height.
I currently ride a 2018 giant contend size small. Specs are very similar to the XS in stack and reach. I find myself often on the tops and wishing i had something shorter and more upright during long rides. 1-2hr I'm fine on the hoods and sometimes in the drops. 2hr+ and I'm basically just on the tops. Should I be going for the S due to the 20mm higher stack? XS for the recommended size?
Thanks in advance!

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

Same height and inseam as you. I bought the S and the reach to the bars was too far. I also had to have to seat too low down and it was just uncomfortable to ride. Returned and got the xs and fits great!
XS but be ready to buy longer stem or less setback seatpost. i’m about 0.5cm shorter and I have tried XS and it fits great
I purchased an Endurace CF 8 di2 last summer after riding both an XS and S at Canyon in Carlsbad. At 5’8 with a 30” inseam, I also was at the crossover point on the Canyon size chart (XS recommended). Went with the S, no regrets.
I am 30” /5’10” and got XS even though Canyon recommended size S. I made the right choice. I’m more of an upright rider mostly on the hoods.
You can make a small bike bigger, but you can’t make a big bike smaller. Err on the side of caution.
