I bought a new bike a couple of days ago now and it was sold to me as a BMX, however this was a new field for me so unfortunately I didn't question the seller and just whent with it.
After going back and forth between the skatepark, Google and chatGPT I was pretty sure I'd stumbled upon some kind of DIY DJ bike on a standard BMX body. However after asking around on r/dirtjumping there was one comment that stood out to me.
The comment said that the bike was, at least originally, a Diamondback Viper.
After looking at images of normal Viper's I can definitely see a resemblance in the body. However, that is my question, whether it is just a donated body and the rest of the bike is custom or it is a Diamondback Viper that is less heavily modified than I first anticipated.

No, not even the frame is a viper. BMX bikes all use u brakes, this has a V brake set up. It’s a 20” mountain bike
What size are the tyres? It looks to me like a cheap Chinese junk bike, with a new stem and odd bars on it.
