  1. A grand day out on the bike 🚴 Blighty has some fine Countryside to ride in…..and that driver in the silver car was a wanker…no need for it…but what else would we expect from steel bull drivers, who haven't evolved.

  2. They were talking about fitness and e-bikes on Cade Media Podcast this week. Absolutely you’ll get fitter: 1. You’re actually riding, 2. You’re powering a heavier bike above 16 mph, 3. you’ll probably be inclined to ride further.

    Here is Australia we have swooping magpies in spring (September). They apparently have particular people they go for.

  3. @cyclingcamerasandcoffee I live over in Herefordshire, out near Kington on the Welsh border. The one thing I miss around here is fire trails/hardish gravel riding, basically away from traffic. Any suggestions for locations I should check out?
