Absolutely, cool bike it is worth 150$ as long as it fits you, looks like a lugged chromoly frame with aluminum wheels and bars
These are excellent frames. I regularly sell these for far more than $150. These rarely ever have componentry issues. They were BUILT TO LAST. good tubing, good hand brazed lugs. You will love this bike and it will outlive us all. I say buy it. We keep 5-10 of these in our shop at any given time and they get picked up quick for 300-400$
