Hi Jimmy,
I hope you are well! Thank you again for creating the amazing Freshly Charged videos showcasing our bikes at CES!
We noticed that our reservation fee policies caused some confusion in two of the videos and that unfortunately one of our promo workers provided misleading information about the deposits.
Whilst the reservation fee is typically considered a non-refundable deposit, we want to ensure that our customers are entirely satisfied with their bikes by offering a provision for refunds under specific conditions. Our customers have a possibility to book a test ride, either at one of our showrooms or at specific test ride events after making the preliminary reservation. If the bike does not meet the expectations, the customer is entitled to cancel their reservation and request a refund of the preliminary reservation fee until the time they have signed or accepted the Final Terms of Sale. Since we really liked the videos, we thought perhaps these detailed specs could be added to the video description or comments. What do you think?

Definitely wouldn’t trust her word . Doesn’t sound right for a company to allow you to use a vehicle then get everything back when you don’t like it.
Unless you’re at the level of “fuck you” money, this is one of the dumber things I can think to purchase.
