Has anyone used a bike rack like this? Is it worth considering to mount a bag on it? Or is it total junk and would it be better to invest in a regular rack with stands for the rear wheel?

I have this, paired with the topeak MTX quick release rack bag. Doesn’t hold super heavy stuff, but nice in a pinch for quick commutes.
