This is my first geared bike and it's been a learning curve. I need a cassette for these wheels that have Shimano hub (Deore LX FH-M560). Would this cassette fit (see screenshot)?
Yup. I had a hub from the same era (Deore DX FH-M650) and replaced it with a similar cassette. This should fit no problem.
Would love to see the bike tho! It looks like a 90s MTB.

It should fit you just need to put a spacer or spacers to make it a tight fit you dnt want any play in it

Yes, HG means hyperglide, you can put 7 through 10 or 11 speed HG cassettes on there. But will your derailleur be compatible?

That is a uniglide hub, where the small cog acts as the lock ring. That is why it is threaded. Some uniglide bodies also have threading inside the body for a hyper glide lock ring but not all. You will need to check.
Uniglide cassettes are no longer made. You can swap a uniglide body for a hyper glide one though.
