This Specialized Tarmac Elite Carbon Fiber is for sale near me. Seller is asking for $440, they say that it had a tune up recently and is ready to ride. Curious if this is a good price for an older bike.

I’d buy it but I’m a crusty old bastard who can fix bikes and owns a bin of old bike parts that would work with this bike for spares.
I think others will say it should be $250.
What do you want to do with the bike? It’s going to be fast but uncomfortable if you’re not flexible
I’d say 350. But if you love the frame and it fits you, going to 440 isn’t crazy and grossly overpaying. It also depends on what area you are. It looks in good shape and a good buy.
