Help identifying year for a 7100 multitrack?

I spoke with a rep from Trek, and they said the best they can tell is pre-2005 because their db only goes back that far. Serial WTU010S0447V, the other numbers – ITK3A03711, TBI-0407 – were not requested by the rep, so I doubt they are much use, but I figured I would write them all out just in case.
