For transport I had to dismantle the side stand. As you can see one screw is still in the frame. Does anybody have a good idea what I can do?

It will need to be drilled out. If you’re not comfortable doing that yourself, take it to a bike shop.
If it’s just for the kickstand you don’t have to do anything. You can get a new clamp on kickstand or just go without a kick stand.
