This shit is pretty damn straight. Everything is shifting smooth and no noise but the downshifts kinda lag toward the smaller cogs. Does this warrant a new hanger?
No, looks pretty damn straight to me. If it is lagging on when shifting down the cassette, turn in the cable tension adjustment knob to let a bit of the tension off the derailleur. This should help it shift a bit better when switching to a smaller cog.

Looks kind of bent, but eyeballs aren’t ususally enough to diagnose this stuff off of internet pictures. In the era of 12+ speeds, hangers definitely need to be dead nuts straight to work properly
If it is, it’s not out enough to where the hanger can’t be bent back. This is a $20-35 job that takes 10 minutes if you don’t want to purchase the tool for yourself.

It’s possible your hanger slightly bent, but keep in mind SRAM derailleur cages do have some natural inward bend to them. If your downshifts out of the smallest cogs are lagging, then shift into the middle cogs and micro-adjust inboard until you just barely hear any rasping, and then micro-adjust out again by 2 or 3 clicks.

Looks more like there is just flex in the derailleur cage.
I would just do a tune up and check it with a hanger gauge if needed.
How old is your shifter cable and housing?
